Question Club Car Charger Not Working

I just replaced the batteries in my 48 volt club car. Now the charger trips a breaker everytime i try to charge it. I think there must be something wrong in the wiring from the charge plug but I can not find it. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, Charger seemed to be working fine all summer. Now it jumps to high charge for several minutes then trips the breaker.

Small 15 amp breaker on front of charger. I have tightened up everything and tried again. seems to be working so far.

is positive to negitive. has the breaker in your charger ever
been replaced ? they do get weak over time.

I checked all of the connections I will replace the breaker in the charger as it has started working now that the load is lower. Seems it did not like the high load of the new bateries. Thanks for all of the help.

I was about to suggest the same thing. I know in my old farm house when I started adding tv's and computers. The older breakers were weak and would start tripping. I replaced a bunch off them and they work fine now.

I agree with replacing the breaker. How old is the charger?
