Default 2010 serial number explanation

I'm working on a 2010 CC Precedent serial # that begins with a "PH". I'm pretty sure the controller is cooked and was going to order a new one but wanted to make sure that I got the right one. This is an EXCEL cart with the prefix "PH" right? Also the controller is Gray and not black. Also I was looking on the thread for the prefix's and the link they give for a spreadsheet with all of them and I saw under the comments for this cart that it says "OBSOLETE-ECN TBD"...does anyone have a clue as to what the means exactly? Just curious.

It just means they no longer use "PH" for any serial numbers.
