Default 95 club car not running

I have a 95 club car ds that stopped on my the other day, like you jammed on the breaks. I have checked all connections and can jack up the rear end and all functions like normal. When I lower it back down and press the peddle the motor moves like it wants to run but doesn't have the power to turn the tires over. Batteries all read good and all connections have been cleaned and tightened. My thoughts are forward and reverse switch or the controller any input will be appreciated thanks

Have you checked the brakes to make sure something is not locked /dragging hard? When you jack up the rear do wheels spin freely by hand?

Yes they spin free by hand no dragging and it will run when jacked up but not full power

Sure acting like low current flow
May have a bad cable, inside the insulation & hard to find
Might search with your hand for a hot spot on a connection or cable
The Solenoid might be bad,

OK so went through everything and couldn't find anything so I took it to the local battery source and they confirmed my suspicion that the controller was bad so what do yell recommend to replace the stock one with
