Default 1995 electric 48 v club car

'95 club car electric, batteries old but carrying charge, no reverse buzzer, no solenoid click, will not move whether or not FR lever changed position. is there a throttle position sensor or some other micro switch causing my problem? All wires to terminals have been removed and cleaned as well as the battery terminals wires reconnected, cells checked for electrolyte...so-so. thankyou.

There are 2 or 3 switches in the solenoid activation circuit in this cart. First power goes to the key switch then to the F&R micro switch and then to the foot pedal switch (if one exists) and then to the solenoid.

I haven't measured battery pack voltage or used hydrometer to check individual cell s.g. I'll do that as soon as weather warms up. 13 degrees this morning. no heat in garage.

I do suspect a switch problem...F/R switch doesn't move smoothly....sorta grinds its way from side to side
