Stereos are a big no-no for this reason, UNLESS you use a 48 to 12 V reducer..... Read this old thread and it's explained...

Sunoco, somebody in South Ga got a 09 RXV for 1900.00. I like the idea of going AC but there are some torque issues with RXV from a dead stop. I have driven the RXV and I like them a lot even though its an EZGO, ha ha.

TD thanks! Wow I can't believe I never had any probs with my other batts , but I did rotate them about 3 times a year. U just can't half -ss this stuff that's why I'm thinking about starting over, there's a lot of thing I don't like about my personal cart. So my reducer isn't a 48 to 12 ?

2 speed rear end would fix RXV, imaginative is working on a specific rear end for the RXV.

Doesn't sound like it. Is it behing the batts? Rectangle with a wire from bother ends?

It's in the pics, yes bolted on the frame ds in back. 2 wires gray and black.
