Sorry for the delay. Converted from a V-Glide to a MCOR 4 From David at Revolution Golf Cars. Good instructions, but being a newbie we called Tec. department at Buggies Gone Wild and they walked us though with the wiring on the phone. Great people. All went well with the conversion.
Still a slight jerk after solenoid clicks, but no where as bad as before. If I apply the go pedal just right it's not bad at all. I can creep along siow now. Could not before. This thing will smoke the tires if I punch it. Could it be the 700 amp controller causing this little jerk? Could it be the splines on motor or axles? Or it something I will have to live with? Thanks to All of you for the help. A great family to be with. |

Good news, the MCOR is definitely a lot smoother than the Multi-Step throttle.
Quick question, do You have a working Pre-Charge resistor (470Ω) connected to the Solenoid big posts? |

there is a resistor there, but I don't know what oms.

The value is not that critical as long as it is there, a value of 250Ω through 470Ω will work to keep the Controller capacitors charged.
