Default 1972 Caroche Charger Plug Housing

Hello,

Just picked up a Lester Electric Lestronic II 36 volt charger for the Caroche. The charger plug housing is not correct and does not fit the cart charging port.

I am assuming I can just get a new charger housing and swap it?

I am looking here:
https://www.vintagegolfcartparts.com..._car_batteries

but not "quite" sure what the right one is?

Pics below.

Thanks!
mark

What type port is in the cart?

You can change either to make it work.

yeah not sure the type of cart port I have. That might be the issue I'm having :)

If I knew the cart port type maybe I don't have to swap them both out? Just the connector on the charger?

That looks like an Andersen connector on the charger. There are several types. I would change them both to a more modern Club Car type.
