Default G2 Build Questions

I am building my first cart and thought I'd check the plan here for any suggestions?
What I am starting with is a G2A with a fresh motor rebuild (stock). The previous owner installed a Comet Duster (94) clutch other than that everything is original.
The Plan:
1.Add a speed spring (like having little gov action for the kids)
2.Install jakes 6" lift kit
3.Tires and wheels 22*11-10 (semi street tread design)(spacers needed??)
4.Torque Kit
5.New belts
6.Paint and dress out

Any other ideas??

Tom

Sounds like you have a good plan!!

You will not need wheel spacer however, they will widen the stance and make the cart more stable.

Thanks Ron,
I was wondering if I would be under powered with the big tires and the stock motor? Mainly at takeoff ,or will the torque spring make up the difference so its not a dog off the line?

You will be fine with the torque spring. The cart will have good take-off power.

One problem though, if you are like a lot of us, you will happy for maybe a year then you will want more!!

BIG BLOCK!!!!
