Wow I have to agree that is somthing to be ery very proud of. I would like that cart any day and I am a yamaha guy!!! would vids be out of the question?

Bigred im sory I took so long to get to you but if your getting fish eye its either moister in the line or a reducer problem (to much) but it defenetly doesnt look bad

Bigred-driver.....On the main bearing or balljoint on the steering did you replace it or just clean it? I think this is what is causing a little play in the steering on my cart.

Can you chime in on it?

I replaced the steering box and the tie rod ends with brand new stuff. With the new 18 big block I wanted my steering to tight as a seals rear end. The control arm on these steering boxes can get some play in them causing the steering to be a little loose.

Thanks guys for the compliments! I wanted to have the rounded nose for a couple of reasons. One is the two piece front ends seem to crack near the mounting holes on the side and the other is I didn't want the cowl mounted headlights because I'm going to fabricate a front tube bumber and will mount some lights on that.
