Default Cleaned her up and parked her now she won't go?

Gave her a bath pulled it up in my shop come out a week later and it will barely go. Forward and reverse maybe 1-2 mph. Thought it was the ITS so i put a new one on it now i have no reverse and still 1-2 mph forward. Solenoid clicks on and the controller blinks green 3 times and then is constant green on start up. My next thought was speed sensor but i do not see one anywhere on the motor. Any ideas on what to check next?

At power up the number of green blinks indicates the configured throttle type:
1 Green = 0-5k
2 Green = 5k-0
3 Green = 0-5V
4 Green = EZ-GO inductive (ITS)
5 Green = Yamaha 0-1K
6 Green = Taylor-Dunn 6-10.5V
7 Green = CLUBCAR 5K-0, 3-wire

Could the programming have gotten changed somehow? Should I be getting 4 green blinks?

Should be 4 green flashes on power up. (EZGO ITS)

Connect a laptop and correct the throttle type and you might be good to go.

I suspect no reverse is due to reverse being set for 1/2 speed and motor isn't getting enough oomph to move which the wrong throttle type selected.
