carry all slows to crawl after few minutes of driving
I have a Carry All cart that will slow down when driven a few minutes at high speed or under a load like uphill driving. Ser #f0047-959337. Batteries are 2yrs old tested and cleaned terminals. I put a voltage meter on the controller terminal that is fed from the solenoid and neg . I watched voltage while driving and it never dropped below 47v. I have replaced/ upgraded the mcor so it is new. That made no difference. Seem like a heat problem . Does it sound like a controller? Motor? I would think voltage would drop if it was a solenoid. Any ideas? Thanks

Re: carry all slows to crawl after few minutes of driving
Sounds like a controller issue. I've seen it quite a few times on series cars such as yours. When the controller heats up it loses output. Sounds like a great time to upgrade it.
