Hi and thanks for your reply, we did jack up the rear of the cart, turned on the key and hit the accelerator pedal and tried both forward and reverse. The wheels wouldn't turn. The battery shows fully charged and we checked all batteries individually and they all show they're good. We just got them new 2-3 months ago.

If you have any ideas of what problem is please let me know.

no... it's a real simple system
check each cable going to motor

Hi and thanks for asking. It turned out to be the motor, I had it rebuilt by a company called Luna Industries in Arizona. It was fast turn around and now my golf cart runs great.
