2009 Stealth electrical questions
I recently purchased this 2009 Stealth Patriot. I charged the batteries to 100% on the on-board battery meter and the charger had shut off. I then drove the cart several miles and the battery meter dropped to 40% within 2-3 miles. THe batteries are AGM. I recharged to 100% checked each battery with no load and 6 of the 8 batteries read 6.5 to 6.6 volts. 2 batteries had 5.8. I then put a load on the batteries and rechecked. The 6 batteries with over 6 volts only dropped to 6.3 volts and the 2 batteries that were at 5.8 volts only dropped to 5.5 volts. Seems to me that this minimal drop in voltage with a load is not enough to drop the cart down to 40% and lower in only a couple of miles. Could I have other problems, other than the batteries? Where should I look first? Could it be a motor problem? Controller? Newbie here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
