Default 93 CC 16HP Twin Swap

I hope I have put this in the right forum, I have a 93 CC Limo, that just WILL NOT do the job with the stock FE290 and six adults on board. I have a B&S 16 HP Vanguard (black colored not red) I would to use. Is there any pic by pic, step by step threads/post I can read and see to complete this tasks, Thanks

I'm thinking about putting a 18 Vanguard in my 90 model CC, when I get around to it I'll send you a link!

What's the difference between a black one and a red one. Just curious. I have a 16 hp Kawi in my 94 CC and it's super. Easy year for the upgrade but I know there's a thing about the shaft and the rotation. That's all I know ... I'm just a dumb girl.

I don't know if there is a difference, just the fact that all the ones I see in carts already are red. This one is black, but it was free, so I would really like for it to work.

Ok, The real answer, not a difference that I know of....the newer ones are black.
