Default 1988 g2 problem

I have a 1988 g2 ,recently changed the starter and now I go get no response from the accelerator pedal. Is it the igniter box? Where do I find one? Cant seem to locate one online any help would be appreciated.

The ignitor has nothing to do with the starter/generator turning. But I bet you ended up with a china starter/generator.
