Carburetor High Speed Adjustment
Hello everyone,
Just finishing up a 1976 Rebuild. Looking for the right carb. Everything that I see posted here says that the carbs only have one adjustment screw that looks like a "T". Every carb I find online has two. Not sure if this is right or not. Even from Buggies Unlimited and VintageGolfCart, in the pic you can clearly see An "H" and an "L" adjustment. Any help would be appreciated. |

Re: Carburetor High Speed Adjustment
Man, I just don't know as I don't know those carbs at all. That said it's not unusual for replacements to be different than the originals in some form. Over time, problems with the original equipment becomes known and gets rectified during parts replacement. Think of car recalls where cars come in and are fitting with new parts. In such cases the replacement part will not match OEM. As well, a lot of carbs are made to work on a lot of different machines and replacements have to do work on different applications.
Particularly with vintagegolfcartparts.com, if they say it's the replacement then it is. |
