lowered ezgo build
Got a steal on a cart to drive the neighborhood. Had wanted a 48v since have some pretty decent hills but couldn't pass up the deal on '03 EZGO PDS. As first cart I had/have some learning to do. It came with light bar already on it. Replaced the crappy switch though. Last year's Duracell batteries. Lowered with ezgo's lowering kit, three spring leafs in back minus the small one and new shocks all around.
Plans: still undecided (take any and all advice on) Seats (change color or keep tan and just upgrade to suite seats or comparable) Color (paint or wrap) leaning towards bright pearl white but maybe a flouresent yellow or orange too...not sure. Top change if change seat color Windshield - scratched all to hell and squeaks like hell constantly...wish could find something to be able to screw into and mount (maybe vht nightshade it) Dash - some kind of cover/kit |

Re: lowered ezgo build
Convert it to 48 volts. 1/3 more speed and 1/3 more torque.

Re: lowered ezgo build
Little update. Have since nixed the top and added the sport windshield. Painter just finished up with the body, hopefully will be able to get all put back together this weekend.
Thinking I'm doing the lazylife seats. Looking for opinion, thinking of going with saddle colored (almost the same as the stock tan) but can't decide, should I do piping in the same color, black, or orange? |

Re: lowered ezgo build
Seats all in, also never showed where put in the speaker pods/radio and steering wheel.
Next is neons. At some point in future will do new controller/motor/48v upgrade. But at 19 mph now it's fun. |
