Like kgsc said your setup takes a 350amp controller if Bob reprograms it or not. You asking way to much out of that Curtis 235amp controller.

I didnt know that at all. And appreciate the input. I'm jere to learn just as much as build a bigger badder cart.

Talked to a friend and have located a 350a curtis controller. P/N 1206AC-5350. This is correct right?

I just got my controller back from Bob. I am very pleased with the work that Bob has done.

Jeff deserves just as much credit for doing all the leg work supporting Bob and making sure everyone has all the information needed.
