Re: My '90 Club Car
Pics of those old shackles on the cart should be the first entry in a new BGW thread:

Re: My '90 Club Car
Been gathering parts for the '90. Got a good used drive clutch from Daryl at Classy Carts in Wooster this morning (thanks Daryl!). And today I essentially scored a free parts cart at our Campground. It's a 1998 electric DS that was abandoned at a campsite. I plan on getting the seats, the bumpers, the nose piece, the bed supports, and maybe the shocks and the steering box unit if they're any good.

Re: My '90 Club Car
Nice score!!! No such thing as a free parts cart up here. That "pile" is around five Franklins chez nous. Rock On!!!

This evening I got everything off that parts cart I wanted so far except for the steering box (which I don't really need, but would just be nice to have an extra). I pulled everything off with hand tools in 45 minutes. I was expecting to fight rusty bolts at every turn but everything came apart surprisingly easy. |

If it's still got the kawasaki diff, those are worth some good corn! Don't put it out at the road yet.

Re: My '90 Club Car
I may be interested in the pedal group and linkages. Like Dundee said, don't trash it until you squeeze the money out of it.
