Looks to me like he trimmed the fender lip off almost flush to the wheel opening body line. If you zoom in on the first and last picture of the front end and compare, I think you will see it.

IDK. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place. What I'm seeing is the lip still in place and looks like not cut.

If he somehow put the lip back I'd like to know how.

It's actually not bad especially with the front leaf flipped, I thought it would be way worse. It corners like it's on rails and I get about 27mph out of it.

Cart looks good! Glad you posted the updated pics of the wheels though. In the first photos, the mismatched tires, and the directionals going the wrong way were giving me anxiety. Haha
