Here's my other precedent for comparison. Sorry it's little dirty but you can see the wiring

Thanks. I love my shop. I used to work on carts a lot and then got caught up in building RC's but I'm getting back into carts now

And thanks to David again for tip of using longer standard bolts because the u-bolts that come with the lift kit aren't long enough

Adam,

Thanks for your order. Your carts look good. Love seeing pictures of my customer's rides. One question though. How'd you end up with a lift kit with an All-Sports sticker on it but a MadJax front plate?

You got me bud. Just bought cart last week as is pictured. Replaced the too short u-bolts today with 7" bolts and worked great(thanks again). Will strip it down soon to fix the anemic wiring. Added a Optima 12v battery behind dash of my street cart so not sure if doing that or keeping the 48x12 reducer in it now. Will definitely fix all wiring when the new controller and solenoid comes. Pics to come.

When You re-do the wiring make sure the big cable lugs go on the battery terminal first, then the smaller current carrying ring terminals go on top.

The battery wiring on Pic #11 is not right and it can cause heat at the battery posts.

The same applies to the Solenoid Wiring or anywhere else that You stack multiple cables on the same terminal.

Well thanks for that. Did not even realize I did that. I am in commercial refrigeration but mostly do control wiring. Will fix, thanks

Made some progress on lifted cart. Check out the new components vs the old stock components

Here's the rats nest I started with

Stripped out wires so far. Yes it's getting totally rewired

Not done yet but getting there
