Default 2009 Yamaha Drive Light kit adjustment problem and rim and tire selection

Hello all! I'm new and have a couple questions. I have a 2009 Drive that has the tear drop shaped light kit with the built in turn signal option installed from the dealer, for some reason the lights are out of adjustment, one points up and one is pretty close to right on, I took the dash out yesterday to access the headlights for possible adjustment, from what I can tell they aren't adjustable, any suggestions?

2nd question. I'm looking at rims and tires but am limited to size because of roof clearance issues in my shed up north. From what I found the stock rims are 7.00x8.00 with stock tires. I'd like to go with a cool aluminum with a low profile. Any suggestions to rim and tire size?

The 2009 Drive 24 volt is considered the G29 correct?

Welcome to BGW First, the headlights (if OEM) do have adjustment screws for up and down, but minimal. The head light assy must come out to get to them though. Stock would have 2 metal brackets that hold them in place (what a pain!), we just use some high quality torques style black anodized screws on the bery top and very bottom to hold them in place now. Second, stock tire's are basicly 18" tall, if you buy 10" or 12" rims with low profile tires, you still at about 18" tall. Lastly, yes your "The Drive" is a G29, but I've never seen a 24 volt car, just 48 volts (4-12 volt batteries). Good luck on your new toy.
