Does the reverse buzzer normally come on when in reverse? If yes read the instructions on the front of the controller cover on how to put it in diagnostic mode.

Replaced the micro switch. Mine was scorched on one pin and the top ball was broken. Still not getting any movement.

This is a direct quote by kgsc when I was having throttle issues: "Also check the molex going from the pedal box to the controller. It is a known failure point."

Check those little connectors right outside your ITS box. If you have a fried ITS switch it's reasonable to think the connectors are not good.

Will check that as well. Thanks!

Ordered a new new solenoid, just to be safe. Will update on progress.

Got the new solenoid, that came with a resistor and diode. The one I pulled off originally did have a resistor, but no diode. Is the diode required?

SUCESS. We had a bad new solenoid so replacing with the new new one got us moving again.

New issue is the speed is A LOT less than before, but a win is a win.

Edit: Cancel that. Took it around the block. Went over a bump and the cart just stopped. Smelled burning wires and had to tow it home. No more clicking. Pretty sure the solenoid fried, but clueless as to how.

Did you have “wires” burning or “cables” burning?

Smelled a burning that i associate with wires, but noticed a loose terminal on the solenoid. Think something was wrong with it.

A loose terminal causes erratic current flow and will heat up that area fast. You may have fried another diode.
