Jake posted the wrong diagram. You have the MCOR, not the continuously variable potentiometer

Here's the correct one

Question Re: Help me please 2003 club car ds

I am having a simular problem...I asked on this forum if I could eliminate the light on the dash I was told I could...so I took the light out when I put in a new dash. When looking at the wiring schematic I couldn't see where the brown wire needed to be connected if I took the battery light out and now I don't have a backup buzzer and I can't hear the solenoid click. The batteries are charging just fine through the plug-in but I don't seem to have anything else....I found Sergio's color wiring schematic and the testing info so I will try that but I am still concerned about the brown wire that was attached to the light.

Ok micro switches at for/rev switch all good wiring correct my wiring matches the diagram. That Sergio sent except the the green wire from solenoid to key switch and the red wire from solenoid to reverse buzzer are not on the solenoid not sure where they come from at this point but didn't mess with any of that wiring and it was working before

Did the controller check pin1 to b-=50.5 v (pack voltage) pin 3 to b- = 0-3.5 v and b+ to m-= 50.5(pack)

Sounds like your solenoid is bad. I would replace it.

Good.

Good only if FNR was in reverse otherwise check the 1/2 speed resistor microswitch.

This reading is not right. Make sure You were reading the correct terminals on the controller.

With the throttle reading You had (0-3.5v), the Voltage from B+ to M- should have been 0v (Pedal Up) to less than 30v (Pedal down).

I also not sure what you meant by "not getting voltage across solenoid". If You put your meter across the solenoid big posts, the voltage will be 0v when the solenoid contacts close.
