Re: Roypow Lithium Review
I expect to get 10 years out of my Leaf cells but what I was saying is that you can't tell how much useful life a used bunch of cells has in it. A lot depends on how the car they were in was used and where it lived as well as how many charge cycles it had.

Re: Roypow Lithium Review
I am new to this whole golf cart scene. I recently purchased a cart with 4 year old Trojans. They aren't completely dead but I can tell i will need to replace in the near future. I am really debating the roypow system. I tried DM'ing you Lightning 8U but it isnt giving me the option. Possibly because my account is new. Can you please give me more information on pricing and availability of these kits through you. I would greatly appreciate it!

Re: Roypow Lithium Review
Welcome to BGW! You won't be sorry for the investment! I angonized back and forth for 6 months on spending the extra for them, now wish I had done it sooner. The performance difference alone is worth the money, plus no more maintanance on the batteries.

Re: Roypow Lithium Review
Thanks for the response! I am definitely thinking that it will be worth it in the long run. No maintenance or spilling on the garage floor, charging times and numerous others everyone has listed. If we are just cruising the neighborhood for pleasure with the kids do you see any reason the 105Ah wouldn't be suffice?

Re: Roypow Lithium Review
My 105ah has been plenty enough and I use it in the woods(mud, hills, etc). Runs 24 mph on the road,

Re: Roypow Lithium Review
Batteries started going bad now that cold weather has set in in my area. Looking to do the RoyPow upgrade but new to this page and don't have enough post to DM. Looking to pick one up asap.

Re: Roypow Lithium Review
I guess that I misunderstood the purpose of it, thought that was what is was for...disregard my suggestion above.
