Hey man I do appreciate your help but that isn't for my car. The Danaher controller plug has three rows of pins and is the only connector on the controller.

Flight Systems is good; however, they can not always check under real world conditions. Did you give them a full explanation of the conditions you were experiencing? Have you talked to their tech support?

You forgot that the main harness doesn't connect directly to the controller. The controller connects to the multipin with a short "jumper" harness which breaks out to the 8 pin and the 2 pin connector which are zip tied to the chassis tube above the left rear wheel and just in front of the controller.

So the wiring diagram is "correct" but it's not showing that jumper harness, just starts with the 8 pin and the 2 pin.

Here's a drawing of that jumper harness. Not a schematic but all there is.

The vehicle thinks it is in park. The cables are functioning correctly.
Black/Green is the grounding signal from the Park switch. This feeds the Power Controller. Where is the Power Controller located and how does that disable the Danaher controller?

And is it safe to say that R3 from the power controller must be high in order to move the car?
