Remember our definitions above. You do not have any cables on pack positive. Where does that wire go? That is probably your problem. Post your wiring diagram.

OR wire it up exactly like most of us have.

Did you actually perform the test here?

http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...e-testing.html

Please post your results. Just saying "it's good" doesn't instill a lot of confidence.

Note, ScottyB gave you the range of correct readings for stock series. Then you click on each of the attachments to perform the tests.

OEM Curtis controller. tests attached below. Results should be as follows:
DCS and Series carts have a signal range of 0.4-0.6v through 1.5-1.7v

Then pack positive should go the the solenoid; NOT the FNR as you stated. Pack negative should go to controller B-. There are no more cables, besides the two for the charging port.

NOTE: the pin numbers are different for Alltrax than stock. Pin 1 is power on Alltrax. Stock Curtis needs power on pin 4.

That's in range. Now that we know your cables need some work, take your time and make sure cables go from pack positive to solenoid. Note the next one can be connected two different ways, though they are electrically the same. From solenoid to controller B+. From controller B+ to FNR. The other way that will work is from solenoid to FNR. From same FNR terminal to controller B+.

Several cables between FNR and motor. Form motor A (either 1 or 2 will work) to controller M-. From controller B- to pack negative.

Not understanding, you said from solenoid to b+ ,I got that, then you said b+ to fnr, which is the way I got it hook up,
So my thing is that the pack positive is in the wrong place. Your saying the main pack positive wire should either go straight to b+ or solenoid?

I'm saying pack positive goes to the solenoid.

From the opposite side of the solenoid it goes two different places; controller B+ and FNR. Since it goes to two places, it doesn't really matter if you go from solenoid to controller B+ to FNR OR solenoid to FNR to controller B+. Make sense?

Does your controller have the A2 lug? Four lugs or three?
