Default 98 ezgo txt will not move

I have replaced every part in the cart and still all it will do is click when I push the pedal down. I have no idea what's wrong. Its 36v , it was working last summer and over the winter it stopped. So i replaced everything one by one, i tested the motor and it works, I tested the voltage everywhere and seem like I got voltage

Eliminate this.

If you don't have it...

Eliminating a connector means soldering or butt-splicing the four wire pairs. Some connectors serve a purpose. This one does not. Fabrication is all it was used for. The parts inside the throttle box already have spade connectors, and you'd replace them, not the whole box.

Just looking for "low hanging fruit", as a possible cause, as a bad connection/corrosion on any one of the four wires can cause a "no go" scenario.

What do you have?

I have a '98 series and I use these. The Technicians manual has detailed step by step troubleshooting for both series and SepEx.

Check Yurtle’s post directly above. He’s asking you to tell us which drive type is in your cart so he can help you with troubleshooting.

If the solenoid is clicking when you try to go, the problem is probably in the high current cables or controller, as opposed to the little wires. However, I have read about solenoids clicking but not actually latching. Is there 36v on both sides of the big lugs when the solenoid clicks?

It is a series, and it cant be the solenoid cause I tested it with 3 different ones and all it does is clicks, I am thinking it has to be the controller but I just bought it but it still could be defective, is there an simple way to test the controller real quick

What controller do you have? Stock?

Troubleshooting is Chapter E. Very easy, step by step. Ignore years. The manuals work for my '98 series.

Series carts of your year have this connector, unless you or PO already eliminated it. Mine was intermittent. I had to mess with it several times a year, until I eliminated it. Follow the four wire cable from the throttle box to the wiring harness, generally between the controller/solenoid and the FNR.
