Re: What did you do to/for your club car today?
I'm so happy to see my Electric Car aging so well. Here are pictures of it at 3,6 and 12 years old.

New headlights and dash. Plan is the go lithium so that meter will replace the current one soon. Cut an extra hole for another switch as I'm going to add some under lights for the kids.
Went through about 4 15amp fuses trying to get the rocker to work. Finally figured out I had a power attached to the ground for the headlights. |

what I meant by 'hideous' is that the flares stick way out past the tires....

Just swapped out the old CC common/keyed alike ignition switch for something more secure. Thought I'd share. This one works just fine.

Re: What did you do to/for your club car today?
Plugged my Lithium Charger in today and nothing it wouldn't turn on. I just knew that I was going to have to park my cart for a month or 2 while waiting on a new charger to arrive from China. In desperation I removed the top cover and started to check for burnt items. Everything looked good. I was ready to give up when I decided to check the 110/220 selector switch. It was open so I soldered the switch contacts together and it worked. I'm back on the road.

Re: What did you do to/for your club car today?
Added a Reliance 12v 30A DC converter yesterday. Hoping my fans will last longer now. Thinking 16v was doing them in. Next I’m adding a triple switch pack so I can turn on parking lights only or parking lights with either or both headlights.
