Re: What did you do to/for your club car today?
All I did was open up the regular garage door remote and soldered some 24ga wire to the micro switch on the board and then ran the wires to the switch in the dash. Really simple. However the micro switch has 4 legs on it (2 “pairs”) so you need a meter to see which two legs you need to hook up to.

Re: What did you do to/for your club car today?
I finally got all the major parts together on my rebuild. Worked 4-5 hours a day the last 3 weeks to get it finished before my son came down today for his summer trip. With exception of underbody/side molding, if you can see it, it’s new. Mostly little stuff left, like hub covers, trim, alignment, reducer, and stereo stuff. Got up to 26 mph sustained.

Re: What did you do to/for your club car today?
I installed a 470 ohm pre charge resistor, a used set of 8v Trojan batteries, and a toggle switch running to the Alltrax for a different user setting. Full power reverse was bad with 36v, I don't want to experience it with 48v I am just waiting on my 48v charger to arrive so I can charge her up and try her out!
