Not today but here's a list of what I've done so far in the last 6 months or so.

Installed headlight and taillight kit
Installed windshield
Installed rear folding seat
Installed 6 lift kit with 22" all terrain tires
Installed SR 48400 controller
Installed HD Solenoid
Installed New F/R switch

To do list:

Install SR Controller fan kit
Program the SR controller - I'm having an issue with "Low throttle out of range"
Build and install a DIY FN1 box

That's about it...

I'm thinking about doing an AC conversion. Has anyone on here done that to a 48v CC? Thoughts?

Welcome to BGW. It is best to start a new thread when you have a specific question like that. In the meantime check out http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...rsion-kit.html and try doing a search as this has come up a few times before.

What did I do today? I finished reading all 138 pages of this thread, lol! Started on Wed and worked my way through it. I also decided to make my first post. I've been lurking on the site for a while and have found lots of helpful posts and good information. Thank you all for that!

Just to play catch up on things I've done to the cart. I purchased my 2008 (early 2008 - 4x12v) Precedent last Feb when we bought a lake house in a very golf cart friendly neighborhood. The cart already had a 6" lift, 14" wheels, 23" tires, rear folding seat, and a fan. I've since added the following.

- Seat covers
- Steering wheel
- Bluetooth amp with flush mount dash remote
- 48v to 12v reducer
- 4 speakers with DIY LED light rings
- LED underglow lights
- LED headlight, LED tail lights, LED flasher (with brake lights and blinkers)
- Painted the roof black
- Speed magnet - not sure it did anything. The cart supposedly already had speed code 4. Didn't GPS it before the magnet but has run 21 on flat ground on my iphone GPS app w/magnet.
- New Trojans
- New brakes shoes and cables

I've had lots of issues with the brakes and the self-adjuster over adjusting so I finally got fed up and ordered the Ausco rear discs from ScottyB a week or so ago. I believe they're supposed to ship on 1/31/18 so that will be my next mod.

Since I know this post is worthless without pics, I've added a few! BTW, the dog thinks this is her cart!

Gave my "workhorse" a much needed hot bath tonight. Had a slight thaw here today and now I even have my brakes back. Got most of this years winter off her and put her [for the first time] in my newly heated, but still under construction, shop to dry and charge. Just rewards for her I figure, [buggy even had snow and ice packed between the batts.]

Hooked up lights so that my wife and I can drive home at night from having dinner at the golf club.

I decided to hook up a battery charger to my gasser last night, (it doesn't get much use)
It really didn't need much of a charge, but new juice, is good juice!

NICE cart, Chris! Love the big buttons on the stereo control.
