![]() NONO my engine got here today(finally) and it was in one piece

![]() It seems like every one of them comes messed up in one way or another, at least that cover isn't mandatory to the operation of the engine. And yes, fill 'er up! Check it when leve and you'll see that the minimum amount is in it on the dip stick. I'd put about a cap full in the top of the cylinder and crank it over with the recoil a few times, about 50 times, and get it all lubed up and rip-roarin ready to go. And I have yet to rig up a throttle cable because that actually requires the engine to do. LOL

![]() Where does your engine say to use 90 octane or higher? I looked up the engine on the website and it said 86 or higher, the compression is only 8:1. Is your manual FULL of typos like mine?
