Default Help!

I have a '94 Club Car that was running fine one day and the next I got on it and it had a loss of low end torgue and it takes longer to get up to speed. I ran beside another 36v cart that I know was running fine and mine was faster once it got up to speed. It barely will pull a hill. Another problem I've had since I've owned it is, when I turn the key on it will creep forward. I did notice that the v-glide switch is not all of the way back when the accelerator is not depressed. Could a resistor be causing my torque problems? Help with this would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks
