36 Volt Powerwise Charger Replaced Board Not working.
My Powerwise charger stopped working last week. I was able to troubleshoot it, and was able to bypass the relay on the board until the new board came in to keep my batteries charged. I installed the board and it still would not turn on. I am guessing the board is bad, but that seems unlikely. I put the old board back in with the relay bypassed. Has anyone had the same issue or any ideas of what it could be. I am going to send the board back to try a new one.
Thanks. |

Re: 36 Volt Powerwise Charger Replaced Board Not working.
Measure the voltage between the black and red wires on the control board.
That is the voltage input from the cart's battery pack and has to be above about 30V to make the relay close and turn on the charger. |
