ok, it has been a long time since i last posted about this build, it has been on hold. i couldnt figure out how i wanted to do the exhaust so it would clear the transaxle. i ended up just buying some 1 1/2" exhaust pipe at federated auto parts. I welded it at the angle i needed. my welder is really not working right. its a wire feed and the feeder will slip and stop feeding wire every now and then. but the header works so all well. I will post a video of it running in my garage once the video is done uploading to youtube.

Exclamation Re: 440 kawasaki in a 84 Club Car DS

Here is the video i made when i first started it. it seems to run pretty good when your givin it gas. but it does not idle at all. if you don't keep usin the pedal it will just idle down and die. My friend rode on it and took a video of us flyin down the road, we hit 36 then it started vibrating and rubber was flyin out the back. here the belt sheared in half. im hoping the problem was just the old belt. if not idk what i will do.

What campground you at? I'm at town n country in West Salem ohio. We have all kinds of trails and mudding for carts. Almost everybody has a modded cart!
