Yamaha Drive JW2 no click, no drive on new 48v litium battery
I installed 2 48v Lithium-Ion batteries, replacing the 6 lead acid, in my Yamaha Drive. Initially the cart drove fine, but then I began to experience stoppage as I drove. I would have to turn off the key and turn back on to continue. Eventuall it died completely and now there is no click when the tow switch is switched form TOW to RUN or when key is turned on. I need to check the battery, selenoid, etc., but I'm wondering if anyone else experienced this. Thanks.

Sounds like you have a flat battery. Have you charged it?
What battery is it, what charger are you using? |
