Club car goes to half speed

Club car precedent goes to half speed when first time stop.can turn off and back on and will go back to full speed

Mine does the same thing have 51 volts just put new solenoid in last night and have done the roll test??? Now what??? 2012 precedent

It is stuck in the closed position. The controller sees this and puts you in limp mode so you can drive the cart in for repair.

When a solenoid opens and closes there is a small ark of electric at the contacts, this sometimes causes the contacts to weld a spot on the contacts.
