Default 1992 Ezgo Marathon 2 stroke

Hi guys looking for some help, got this cart from my late father it had intermittent starting I changed the brushes on the starter generator tested it before I put it back in and took it out and tested again. I've been through this thing for hours. I replaced all three microswitches, have a question about the new ones why do they have 3 terminals, are all three used?
I've replaced the solenoid it clicks but nothing. the only thing that works is the reverse buzzer lol. any ideas would be appreciated.
thanks

Maybe the copper buttons in your switch are worn out

I'll start with the microswitches, just because they're new doesn't mean they're good. I bought two of the cheapie ones a while back and they both only lasted about 10 minutes, they were getting battery voltage 12+ in but only about 3v out. Not enough to activate the solenoid, in your case it may or may not be those since you can hear the solenoid click. But I would poke around with a volt meter before and after it and each switch to be sure, you'll use only two of the terminals.........

Also, new brushes in the starter doesn't necessarily mean it's fixed either. It could still have a dead spot. Good luck.

I'll check the switches
twice I've taken the starter out and did a jump test and it runs like a banshi.
these things can be very frustrating
