Looking great! Make sure your primary clutch is fully seated. From the angle of the photo it looks like the starter belt might not be straight between the two pulleys. If it’s not it’ll get eaten up fast. Might just be the photo angle too.

Yeah, angle of Photo, I lined up the pullies with straight edge. wanted to make sure they were In Line with each other, for both starter and Primary to Secondary.

Talked with Don this afternoon, making sure I have my ducks in a row for tuning.
Going to get the cart driving and moving this weekend, then call Don and Tune next week (I Hope) then will go back and finish up the rebuild and final assembly !!

only have a partial mudflap up front, so was going to sketch it out and have a local shop cut me one from plastic or rubber, then looked online and seen that i can get the OEM ones for less than $10 a pc, so order a set and will install them when i put on the new wheels either before or after tuning :)

Have to install the wheels when tuning with Don so that cart is in its as it will be driven state.
