Default New Icon i40L owner with a few questions

Just got my new cart and love it so far! I have a couple questions for other Icon owners. Does your steering wheel align straight when riding on a flat surface? Mine is off about 5 degrees. I recently noticed that it feels that my cart has a tire out of balance. Maybe a flat spot? Anyone experienced this?

Congrats on your new cart...

My new I40 steers straight and steering wheel is correctly centered...

Contact your dealer have them correct this....surprised it left the dealership
with off center steering wheel....

No flat spots on wheels...

Best wishes for good timely solution..

Mine tracks straight, if it seems to track straight but the steering wheel is off center I'd pull the steering wheel and reinstall it with the proper alignment before I'd mess with the front end alignment.

Does the 'flat spot' or out of balance get better after having the cart out for 15-20 minutes? Often a cart sitting for a few days or even just overnight in a warmer garage will cause temporary flat spots that make the cart bounce or shudder at higher speeds. Typically goes away as you use the cart during the day. It's just the nature of the tires used. If I know I'll be on a longer drive and the cart has been sitting I'll go out and back it up about a foot 10 minutes or so before I take off. Really helps the flat spot correct itself so there is less bounce.

Clozzer..I'm wondering if your tire pressures are too low...that could be the the cause
of flat spot issue with your cart's tires....

Hope this helps
