Re: Ford Bronco "woody"
Windshield complete and installed.
I could have used a couple of flat boards to transition from floorboard to "firewall", but decided to follow the curve of the frame instead. |

Re: Ford Bronco "woody"
It's been quite a while since my last post, but I have been working on this project off an on between other projects. Getting things done but more slowly. The most time has been spent on wiring. I added a universal motorcycle brake light switch. I installed a 12v converter and a relay to power it when the key switch is turned on. In addition to powering the lighting, which is all LEDs, it will power a stereo of some kind later. All wiring is enclosed in wire loom and secured with clamps and zip ties. The lighting system is fully functional with stop, turn signal, parking ,emergency flasher, and of course head lights.
Working on the front bumper right now. |

Re: Ford Bronco "woody"
This has been one of my favorite threads to keep an eye on! This cart is awesome! Im not gonna lie I would love to see some sweet upholstery in that thing! I know a lot of broncos had bucket seats in the front but I could see a beautiful bench seat going across a roll bar tucked behind it! Beautiful work!

Re: Ford Bronco "woody"
Really nice project. And you’re right about it being a Marathon as I’m bringing one back from the dead myself.
