Yes, my welding skills are poor at best. I can tack and make it stick but something as critical as the engine mount I leave to the pros.

Where is Greenfield? I'm just across the border into IL... May send him my motor and swingarm... I have a welder in my subdivision and he is my buddies dad but, not the fastest guy on the planet! HAH!

OK some photos of my progress. Remember everything is just tacked right now in case I need to make changes. I will add bracing once everything is in place.

Rear links. Everything is parallel but I fear I won't have enough up travel before the arm hits the frame. However I may still add more lift so I will worry about this later.

RZR Radiator mounted. Lower bracket from RZR isn't installed in this pic but it fits great. Hosing is also ran down the front wheelwell using various bends and connectors. Still undecided on whether to run hard lines underneath or regular hose. It will depend on whether or not I run a skidplate under there.

Custom airbox using an aluminum battery box. I am mounting a small Odyssey battery up front so this area is now my airbox. I also have a pimpin hood scoop on my body so the cold air is functional.

Jake's front suspension with two changes. 1) I added a RZR front sway bar and 2) I am using front Can-Am Renegade shocks.

Panhard rod installed. I know its supposed to be level. I am waiting until i decide on ride height before I make final adjustments to the Jake's bracket. You can also see that I removed the rear part of my frame behind the axle. The panhard now connects directly to my axle.

A rolling chassis!

Still a lot to do; wiring, coolant lines, exhaust. If I change the ride height I will probably weld new rear shock mounts and triangulate them. I also have a pair of RZR seats I am going to try and fit. Sad part is once its all together I have to take it all apart again for welding and painting.

Hope to work some more on it tomorrow

One more pic.

I used premade shock mounts for both shocks and the pandhard rod. The rear sway bar and rear arms use premade tabs cut for 2" tubes. Heim joints throughout.
