![]() Any transaxle from 1997 to around 2012 was a Kawasaki clockwise rotation "Unitized Transaxle" on a gasser,
Graziano's were a flip/flop on electric carts in a lot of cases. From your 2nd pic, it looks like a unitized transaxle, with a pic from the clutch side, It'll probably look like mine... Attachment 212075 |

Attachment 213285 Attachment 213286 Attachment 213287 Attachment 213288So I have had this cart for 3 years and its been stored in my garage and finally put the clutch in..as well as new carb, fuel pump, battery.. I am getting spark..with the help of this forum decided to pull muffler and look at rings..have compression at 120 psi..and found rings to be good...but piston dont look good..(see photos) what would I do next pull head and change piston? spent more time to make it look good then did on engine( was purple when I got it) It does try to fire but no DICE any help would be appreciated as I have sold this cart and am already taking a bath on it. CHEERS! |

It says the brand is Total Source made in UK. Seller has no specs on it as to how many amps its rated at. Im sure this is a white box version of another brand,perhaps a Curtis /Albright??? I have a GE coming thats rated at 300A, made in USA, but thought this one would make a good spare. |

![]() That bearing ought to be a sealed type since the oil has to climb a long way to get to it.
It's also withing the magnetic fields generated by the motor, so it ought to be a hybrid (Ceramic balls with steel races) type. Eddy currents occur in the regular steel ball and race bearings when they are running in a magnetic field, eroding the contact surfaces and reducing bearing life. |
