i have a 1997 club car no power. batteries good .clean v-glide.need help.and wiring diagram thanks

the solenoid does click i have 50v coming out of the relay to the controler

I have a 95 that is doing this similar thing to me intermittently and I have ruled out controller, solenoid, and the 3 micro switches at the F&R so the one thing I have not attacked is the speed regulator ( pot ) on mine. I just can't see an easy way to remove and open the assembly?
