Unhappy 1969 harley compreson

hi i had 60# compreson put in new rings still has 60# and still no power any help would be great thanks

have you checked the valves sometimes they stick and will not give you the right compresion under a load

Be sure that you are reading PSI on the gauge. Also loosen the Muffler and check compression, if the muffler is clogged the compression readings will be bad.
Be sure the cranking RPM is good. Remember if there in no air coming in or going out there cannot be compression!

I'm not sure that replacing the rings is the answer. Generally you would also want to rebore / replace the cylinder. Did you replace the head gasket and double check the head bolts?
