Default Is my OBC bad? '98 48V Series

'98 48 V series cart. Solenoid wasn't picking up, so I found that + not getting to solenoid coil. Microswitches check OK. Reset OBC and it seems to be OK and runs. Drove around for 20 minutes. Tried again 3 hours later no go. Reset OBC again it runs. I would guess I have a bad OBC?
Thanks

When it stops again, jump the negative side of the solenoid activation circuit (The small wires, on the non-silver stripe, side) to the negative -48v on the battery pack. They try it, if it runs, then most likely your OBC is infact bad.

Last I checked they were about $175.00 if you know where to buy. Call Bulldog Supply, the Club Car Dealer in my town. They will ship anywhere.

Steve, are you referring to the OBC? It shows for electric 2004 and later Precedent.

OBC - check your model/part number on the sticker of your OBC - and all the other numbers to match it up - here is a new one for $99 - check all his listings - he has several different ones -

Yeah, you are right! '04 and up. He should call and ask anyway, before he takes a chance on fleabay. That other one was cheap, $99 for new!

I guess the precedent OBCs are cheap, if you buy it from a discounter.
