Default Yamaha g29

Need some help. Have a 2012 g29 ran fine, took body off pressure washed it. Hooked up a horn, grounded to frame. No it wont run. went thru normal steps. Check battery (12.6v) , check solenoid, power to one post. power to one small post with key power to both small post when throttle peddle is pressed. no power to other large post. To me solenoid is bad.... replaced solenoid... same issue. checked key switch, replaced switch under throttle pedal. swapped relay, and fuse/ breaker . When I jump the solenoid. it will run .. Thoughts??Help.....

You shouldn’t have power to both small post when pedal is pressed on solenoid...you should have power to one post and ground on the other(small post)

There is a bullet connector from the negative post of the battery(it’s a small black 12 gauge wire coming from large main ground)...make sure that is connected to wiring harness or cart will not see ground

One of the small posts should go to ground when pedal start is pushed. If not, try running a new ground wire to that one (pretty sure it should be small black wire can't remember on G29). Run ground from battery, not frame.
