Default Need Help with Melex

I have a Melex three wheel cart that I have been working on. I have 6 new battiers and all new wires, expect for the one to the speed control. I also have a new solenoid I installed.

Starts off running fine but after a short period of time. It slows down like the battiers are dead. What could be the problem??

Thanks

First thing to do is check ALL of your connections. Make sure they are clean and tight. You more than likely have a cable that is loose. If you have one loose it will cause overheating and could cause it to not make good contact.

I'm gonna go back and check but I'm almost sure that they are tight and I've cleaned them also. Maybe I missed one.

If it's not that then what should I check next?

Thanks

Check the contacts on the wiper board and see if there is any arcing. this can cause problems. Next would be a bad battery....Its not out of the norm for battery cables to get sorta loose in a month with normal driving. If the batteries are new and you have run it a little while you need to check the cables..
