Default G1 fuel issue

I have g1 that has new fuel pump , carb. , new crank seals and will not start unless i poor a little mixed gas in cylinder. After start up cart runs perfect if i shut it off cart will not start until it cools off and poor gas back in cylinder.Also fuel filter never is full

Is the choke working properly? Clogged air filter maybe? Is the new fuel pump working? Have you tested it? Just a few thoughts.......

fuel line in tank maybe sucking air.

Im guessing either damaged fuel line or carb issue. Did you check the fuel line when you crank engine? Does it squirt plenty of fuel? If so then look toward the carb. If not then look for a blockage in the lines and pump.
