wiring dcx500 to 202 ezgo txt
I am having having a hard time rewiring my 2002 ezgo txt to the controller. I have 9 wires coming out of controller but no harness hardware after that. Does anyone know the color codes to help me straight wire the cart.

Does the 2002 TXT have a series drive motor or is it a PDS (sepex) drive?
The DCX controller is for a sepex drive. It is a direct replacement for the Curtis 1206SX controller used in the DCS drive that preceded the PDS (Curtis 1206MX) drive and an adapter assembly is needed to use it in a PDS drive. Attached are a picture of he adapter and a schematic of a DCX in a PDS. |

I will look deeper at the diagram thank you. I don't have adapters to plug the harness in to. Am I SOL?

I dont have any harnesses to plug the controller harness into if I did get one from altrax. I sent them an email but haven't heard back.

If the cart doesn't a PDS wiring harness, you could wire it up as a DCS, which the DCX controller was a plug-n-play for.
The attached schematic shows what needs to be connected. |
